Introduction and acceptance

Welcome to the bdokpk platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and bdokpk ("we", "our", "the platform"). By using the bdokpk website, mobile applications, and associated services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the bdokpk platform.

• Minimum withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000. You can make unlimited withdrawals per month.

3. Disputed results

   If there is a dispute in an event or match or the official result changes, bdokpk will resettle bets according to the final decision from official sources. If an event is canceled or postponed, bets will usually be voided and stakes refunded.

4. Maximum payout

   Bdokpk sets maximum payout limits for each bet and each event. These limits vary depending on the game type, event, and market. Maximum payout on jackpot slots can reach up to BDT 10 million.

5. Fraud and abuse

   Bdokpk strictly prohibits fraud, syndicate betting, bonus abuse, and other fraudulent activities. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended, all bets will be voided, and deposited funds may be forfeited. bdokpk also reserves the right to take legal action.

6. Responsible gaming limits

   You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, bet limits, and loss limits on your account. Once set, these limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased before 24 hours. You can also take self-exclusion or time-out if you need a break.

Bonus and promotion terms and conditions

• One bonus per user: Each bonus can be claimed only once per user, household, address, and IP address.

What happens if suspended

If your account is suspended, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or withdraw. bdokpk will complete an investigation and notify you by email. If a violation is proven, your account may be permanently closed and balance forfeited. If no violation is found, your account will be reactivated.

Voluntary closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact the support team and provide a reason. Any outstanding bets will be settled before account closure, and you can withdraw your balance. Once closed, you cannot create a new account with the same information.

Intellectual property and copyright

The bdokpk website, applications, and all content — logos, graphics, text, software — are the intellectual property of bdokpk and its licensors. All rights reserved.

• You may access bdokpk for personal and non-commercial use
• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content is prohibited
• The bdokpk logo or branding may not be used without permission

Limitation of liability
